Waterford Institute of Technology student assaults Taxi Driver

Hope this guys parents recognize him, He jumped out of a car behind a Taxi,
Ran to the Taxi in front of him and slapped the driver in the face trough the
open window. Just for the Fun apparently. The Local Garda were called and
seemed to care even less than this asshole did. This happened in late 2008,
still nothing has happened. I think if it was a Garda car in front of him, he
would have been prosecuted long ago. The incident took place in River Walk
Waterford City. If it was an elderly person, imagine the fright, but no it was
a Taxi driver and the message from Waterford Garda is that its alright to assault
taxi drivers.
