Waterford Taxi driver assaulted by Polish thugs.

Its reported a Waterford Taxi Driver picked up a customer believed to be
polish who brought him to the Dunmore road and then had him pick up to
more guys again of Eastern European extraction. When all three were in the
car, its reported they pulled a knife and hit him over the head with what is
believed to be a hammer. The driver was found later by drivers from his own
office and brought to Waterford regional Hospital suffering head injuries and
cuts to his hand.

The Driver had a knife put to his throat and the guy in the back had a
hammer. The driver pushed away the knife and received cuts to the hand.
He later received Hospital treatment.

Its like the Knackers in this country, they flaunt all our laws and Garda fail
to prevent them doing so. Each day they get braver and push the boundaries
further. Until one day we realize things just are out of control. Similar to assaults
on Taxi Drivers. Is it too much to ask Garda to do their Jobs?
