Trust ID meets with regulator regarding nationwide Taxi ID , Good or Bad?

I have been in contact with the developers of TrustID and I told them this has some merits but also told them that anyone can take this form of ID from the Internet, For example I can got to any taxi with this barcode and instead of scanning it I can photograph it. Therefore I have there ID, If I had a bad experience with this taxi driver I can can use the barcode to go to trust ID's website, on the website showing that drivers details, I can use screen capture, I have instantly a photo of all the drivers details. I can go on a web site post it and say that driver was a wanker and spoke no english and was green instead of white.the end result will be Trust ID or the regulator will be sued by the driver
Infact I already did it with the drivers permission
