Katleen Doyle "because I am Worth it"

The Taxi regulator gets 120k a year and expenses. Ironically her travel
expenses amount to more per klm than clocks up on a Taxi meter. She
has presided over an industry in chaos and managed to set standards
back to the stone age. We now have an industry rife in fraud and lacking
any standards. Question is. Is She worth it?
