Waterford Garda abuse power on regular basis

The usual the number of taxis in the city were clogging up the streets. The Garda were obviously sent to move them along. So later they stopped taxi's getting on the empty rank, when I asked why? they sent to teach you drivers a lesson not to block it again. I went to join the rank and a Garda ran to my car and asked was I refusing to obey the orders of a Garda. That's the same Garda that were crying on national radio a few weeks ago because they were being told to pay a pension levy. I told them I have to feed my family.
