How stupid are Waterford Garda?

The city is clogged up with taxis, at night emergency vehicles cant pass trough streets, If it was a pub or a nightclub the place would be closed down due to Health and safety reasons. Instead of making the chaos known at the local council meetings or at national Garda meetings with Government, they shut up, see the numbers growing out of control. Then target the guys driving taxis instead of addressing the core problem. If ever a lesson in prevention was needed, Don't ask the Irish Garda for advice.
